PlaneBase Mobile Terms and Conditions.

General details.

•        PlaneBase Mobile can be used in full for a trial period of 7 days which starts from the date you receive your user details. These will be sent by e-mail.

•        A trial period will not be reactivated so please do not request a download unless you can install PlaneBase Mobile straight away.

•        When the trial period ends then a licence can be can be purchased for £10.00 per year and payment can be made via PayPal or by bank transfer (details on request).

•        Once purchased a PlaneBase Mobile licence will be valid for one year from the date that the payment is processed.

•        If a licence is purchased before the trial has ended then the licence will expire one year from the trial expiry date.

•        PBMobile will show a reminder 7 days before the expiry date of the licence.

•        PlaneBase Mobile software updates will be announced on the Google Group.

•        One trial period is permitted per user in any 6-month period.

Licence details.

•        Each Licence will allow installation of PlaneBase Mobile on up to 2 Windows PC’s and up to 2 Android devices**.

•        A unique PBM Serial number is required for each device and a PBM Serial number for a second device will be provided on request.

•        A valid and up to date PlaneBase installation is required.

•        A licence can be transferred to another device on request.

•        A further licence can be purchased If you have more than two devices.

•        A valid licence will include PlaneBase Mobile software updates.

•        A purged PlaneBase installation will also invalidate PlaneBase Mobile which will be deactivated.

•        Licence reactivation will be at the discretion of the PlaneBase support team.

Refunds.

•        Refunds will only be given if the support team cannot resolve an installation issue.

•        Refunds will not be given if you do not keep your PlaneBase installation up to date.

•        Refunds will not be given if your PlaneBase installation is removed for a breach of the PlaneBase terms and conditions which can be found on our website.

Support.

•        General support will be provided by contacting PlaneBase Support

•        However please read the comprehensive manual included with the program before contacting us.

** Each Licence will allow installation of PlaneBase Mobile on up to 2 Windows PC’s and up to 2 Android devices*

So you could have any of the below:

•        One PBDC installation and 2 Android devices. for example either a desktop or laptop with both an Android Phone and Android Tablet.

•        Two PBDC installations and one Android device for example one desktop PC and one laptop and one Android Phone.

•        Two PBDC installations and two Android devices for example one desktop PC and one laptop with both an Android Phone and Android Tablet.

A valid up to date PlaneBase Installation is required on all systems with PBDC installed.

Note: you can create a PBData.sqb on any PC with PBDC installed which can be copied to any android device.
