If you upgrade your device you can transfer the PBMobile licence over, please email support as you will need a reset code
to deactivate your existing device installation to allow installation on your new device with your existing details.
Once you have contacted support and a deactivation code has been received then you can do the below:
1. Open the about screen and long press the on the PBMSerial number.
2. A Reset Code box and Reset button will be shown.
3. Enter the code supplied and press the button and this will deactivate this installation.
4. You can now use your existing PBMSerial number to install on your new Android device.
