Register PBM

IMPORTANT: If you uninstall the app on your device you will require a reset by PlaneBase Admin to allow you to register the device again..

Once installed on your device find the PBMobile Icon and press to open the App and you should see the below registration screen.

NOTE: If you would like to install on more than one device then you will need a new PBMSerial number for that device, please contact support regarding this.

On first launching the App you will see the below message,

Android Users: Copy the PBData.pbm to your device as shown here

Apple Users: Copy the PBData.pbm to your device as shown here

Once you have copied the PBData.pbm to your device you need to enter your registered email address and PBMSerial number and press register.

Your PBMSerial can also be found in the user portal under the PlaneBase Mobile menu.

If all goes well your device is now registered and you will see one of the below notifications.

Notification below if registering a new installation

Notification below if re-registering a new installation or you have transferred your licence to a new device.

You now need to open the Options menu and set up as required.

Each of the below options must be set for PBM to function.

View Fleet By

View Type By

Once selected press the back arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
