Error Device Details Mismatch.
PBDC - this is because you have reinstalled PlaneBase on your system and the device footprint has changed.
PBM - This is because :
1. You have uninstalled and are trying to reinstall on the same device.
1. You are installing on a new device with an existing PBMSerial number.
3. Your device has had an update that has changed its footprint.
To resolve the above please contact support including stating if a PBDC or PBM error including your PB and PBM Serial numbers.

PBM Starts and immediately closes
PBM - This issue can be caused by a bad Wifi\Data connection, try turning on flight mode and see if the app starts.
The above can also be caused by you mobile providers security software if it is enabled on your account as it allows PBM to do a licence validation with our server but will not allow the returning data command.
